Refund Policy

At Velora, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund and return policy below before making a purchase.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the product so we can assess the issue.

Once approved, we will either:

  • Send you a replacement item at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund.

Items Lost in Transit

By placing an order with Velora, you acknowledge and accept our estimated shipping times.

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, delays caused by customs, weather, courier services, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.

If your order has not arrived 10 business days after the maximum estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will investigate the shipment and, if appropriate, either:

  • Send a replacement order, or

  • Issue a full refund.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item).

Lost or Stolen Packages

Velora is not responsible for packages that are confirmed by the shipping carrier as successfully delivered to the address provided during checkout.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we will gladly provide available tracking information and delivery confirmation to help you investigate the issue with the courier.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please note that a 15% processing and handling fee will be deducted from refunds for returned items that are not defective or incorrectly shipped.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
